Default yamaha warrior help

ok so long story short, i got a 99 warrior cheap, BUT it had a lot of problems. i first had to spend 100 on a new cdi, then i found out its missing a relay, i am assuming its the starter relay, NOT the solenoid. solenoid clicks when key is turned on but starter wont engage when starter button is pressed. i jumped the starter and it turns over great but no spark so i am assuming the relay would supply power to the coil or stator? it has one relay on, so its only missing one, is there a way to bypass it? thanks! pics...

About that 2 wire plug in the front it shouldnt be your problem I have mine disconnected as well and mine works fine, As for the relay missing I belive it to be your problem as that is the starting system cutoff relay. hope you get fix
