Oooo well no riding for at least a year do to last Thursday i crush L4 vertebrae ..ride safe

Man, sorry to hear that. Hope they can fix you up. I have a minor (by comparison) L4 disk problem. Thankfully, I can still ride. Hope you get to that point quickly.
