I have a 2003 Raptor 660. Last year I was having some small carb issues. I took it out and had it professionally rebuilt. I put it back in and I can only get it to run if the bike is choked and I blow in to the gas tank to push gas into the carb. Then it will shut off right after that gas is used up. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this issue?

 

Maybe your float height(s) are not set right, or your fuel petcock switch is bad, or the fuel petcock filter is stopped up.

 

Thanks yes it was a petcock issue. I moved it around a little bit and it started flowing again. I'm sure I have a new one of those in my future but it works fine for the time being.
