Default 89 yfm250 Moto 4 250

Hello all, Ijust picked this atv up from a guy I work with! Thought I'd fix it for my sons. It was parked 3 years ago until yesterday. It was running when parked. I took the carb off today and cleaned it. I didn't count my turns on any jets! Does anyone know which ones I need to adjust? I drained gas and put mid grade gas in. I'm getting spark! It will turn over and start every no and then but never stays running for more then 5 seconds. I got it to rev up once and then died. Choke makes it bog worse! Also, When I push start button something is clicking by the battery (relay maybe) but wont turn over starter. But if I jump the relay it will turn over a try to start. Yes green neutral light is on! Air box is tightened up good however I ordered a new filter. So no filter at moment. Any other settings or numbers you can throw out at me would be greatly appreciated. I can't find alot on line either!
Also, what carb do I have? Mikuni VM?? again, 1989 Yamaha yfm250 Moto 4 ATV (utility?)
