Airbox lid off, using Dynojet kit
#1
Has anyone done this? I have the DJ kit installed and my new airbox is on it's way! (Including a full exhaust) The Raptor needs more power!
So I'm just wondering what change needs to be made?(just for the airbox with NO LID) (needle adj., larger main, change air fuel setting)
I'm gonna need some help fella's!
Thanks.

I'm afraid you're gonna have to read plugs...test...read plug...test...
If you change airbox and exhaust, get a fat jet, and make your way down (with the jets) until the plug is nice (if it's the same as a 2 stroke, it should be tan, slightly dark if you want to be on the safe side). When the main (full throttle) is ok, set the needle, and at last the pilot.
I've heard that DJ jets have different numbers than standard ones...don't get fooled with that.
