Default Helmet question

Hi fellas. I ice fish and hunt and got sick of dragging deer out of the bush and walking on frozen lakes so I'm buying a Kodiak SE soon. Looks like it has everything I need foru hunting and fishing needs.

My question is regarding helmets. I would like one helmet for all seasons, so from summer temps to -30. I've come across two helmets that might seem to fit. The gm11 and the bell vortex. Will they work for purpose? Should I look at other helmets? Will the bell not having a visor be a negative for me?

Thank you kindly.

Modular helmets are a good way to go also other than a solid one. Benefits of a solid helmet, but able to open for glasses, drinks, etc. Here's one brand. The Official HJC Helmets Site | CL-MAX II SOLID
