i was wondering if you guys have a preference to nerf bars. i am looking at dg, ac racing, and extreme fabrications. any others out there i should look at, or do you like a certain style of bars e.g.(krome-lite,pro peg, alloy).also looking for different colors of webbing. any replies would be appreitiated.thanks

Just installed my Graydon nerf bars last night night. ( piece of cake and looks great )Had to modify ( notch out ) a Piece of the GYT-R engine skid plate but other than that,Im stoked. Bent my Factory axle within first Month. Caught a small tree in a turn, trail riding. Lesson Learned.

 

I prefer Graydon, they fit just right.

I am a believer in Graydons, they look like they are made for the Raptor and the quality and strength is hard to beat. Friends of mine have used other brands and have had the mounts break along with the main tube in the front. Never had a a Graydon fail yet.

raptorrrc- How were the dunes? Trackloader brokedown,Nation rental is swapping it out wensday afternoon.The rental period should end 4/23/01.Hopefully i can start on the trails next week.I would like to get the trails in the dirtpit done first and them move down the river.When is the next big ride? I think i am going to a exotic animal sale 4/27. It is just for a day.

 

I have only seen one Raptor with nerfs...and it had a set of AC's on it. Very sharp and the fit seemed nice.

 

do you have A gyt-r skid plate- if you do and dont want to cut it, go w the AC Racing, they sit above the skid plate and look pretty durable.
