Is there anything else I can do before/without going with the 240 Kit(loses too much rev). Here are my mods so far.

Head Reshaped -Race Gas 110 Octane
Port & Polish
CT Racing/Power Pros Pipe and Silencer
Kehin PWK 28mm
FMF Ram Valve
Oil Injection removed

What else could I do and still have a trail ridable bike? I am looking for a snappy hard hitting blaster that will not only keep up but possibly out run a stock Banshee and 400EX.

What gearing changes should I make I currently have stock gearing I would like to run 20 inch Tammers or Holeshots since I still will be trail riding. I know you guys are all occupied with raptors but maybe you can help me out here? I am not a kid so money is not a problem I am trying to build a real "sleeper"

Yes, put a banshee motor in it. Even with all you have + the 240 kit, you still won't touch a banshee.

I don't know alot about two-strokes yet, all of my data is second hand, but I'll try to help.
You could get a reed spacer, which I believe allows better mixture of fuel and air, giving a cleaner burn and more power.

I think there is a company that sells a liquid cooling kit for the blaster, don't know who and haven't heard much about it. The liquid cooling would not help much unless you ride in warm weather alot.

I can't think of much else.
Have you done any air box modifications?

Without increasing the bore or stroke it is probably posible to make your Blaster faster than a 400EX. But there is no way the blaster would beat a Banshee without the increase in displacement.

You would probably need to get a second opinion on what I have said, I'm not yet an expert on 2-stroke motors.

Thank you both for your reply's. As for Airbox modifications I do not have an airbox lid and a Uni Air Filter since I trail ride I like the Uni better than K&N. I am thinking about the reed spacer or Pro Design Intake. It is not so much important that I beat a Banshee or a 400 ex I just want to have a sleeper. I am not sure if the comment by RaptorZone was a joke or not but if I wanted a Banshee Motor in a Blaster I would have bought a Banshee, right? I get my thrills from hopping up bikes that don't suppose to be fast. I also have a Tri Z 250 Three Wheeler with motorwork by TC racing and it will kill a banshee and it does not have a Banshee Motor in it I assure you. I would like to do something similar with the Blaster but do not want to spend the money that I spent on the Tri Z a few years back.

Thank you both for your help. Any other suggestions and or comments are appreciated. By the way Raptor Zone your site is cool, have you found a fix for the 2nd to 3rd drop in power with the Raptor I haven't been able to resolve it on mine I hear it could be gearing.
