Raptor 80
Okay so i am working on a friends raptor 80 2004.
Took the carb off and cleaned it.
Adjusted the valves
Fired up idled WAY to high
Took the carb back apart and for some reason the throttle wont close completely, of course per my luck i broke the needle. Took it all apart and the throttle will go all the way down by hand.
Now this supposedly ran and no one has touched it since it just started to start hard and then quite running one day - the needle was installed in all the way it wasn't until i pulled it apart the 3rd time i broke the needle.
So aside from adjustment ontop of the carb what would cause the throttle to stick 1/4 way open? again nothing was touched it ran and idled (so i was told)
