Hiya all.. after riding my 01 Raptor for the first time I soon realized it handles like crap..
I used to have a 97 Shee and attempted to climb some hills that I used to climb in 3rd on my Shee only to discover that the raptor dont like to go from 3rd to 2nd while in a hill climb.. This miss shift almost cost it its life.. neerly roled down the hill.. any who, it needs to be wider and longer!

Can anyone direct me to a good place to get
A-arms, axle, swingarm, and a pipe..

I'm having a real hard time deciding on wich pipe setup to get for it.. I find the stock one a little quite and I can't hear it well enough..
any help would be great!

01 Raptor
96 Mustang GT
89 Mustang lx 5.0
94 Ranger
Raptor mods to come soon

There is no replacement for displacement!

I see you and I have the same taste in cars and quads. Anyhow I have a +4 Lonestar axle and if noise is what you seek a Pro Circuit T4 delivers. My Raptor is the loudest thumper I've ever heard. Put's my buddies Toomey piped Banshee to shame. He say's he can't even hear his bike over mine when we race. Maybe that's because he's always behind me.

Start with a lonestar +4 swing arm, And a word of advise, popping out of second is its little way of telling you it is going to spend a little 6WEEK vacation at the shop. Second gear is a tad bit whimpy. It will pop out a few times, and then put you over the bars. I get mine back this week. Happy motoring......

What happened is I was climbing the hill and run out of power so I down shifted to 2nd. soon realized it didnt engage fully by the moter reving.. turn hard right almost rolled up hill then almost down.. after catching it from from rolling I had the clutch in and then it engaged into second.. (heard by the clunk in the tranny).

I bought it in Febuary.. I have seen people saying that warrenty covered it.. Is this something i can bring up to my dealer and have them replace it now before it takes out god knows what else in there? Oh and how long is the warrenty good for.. never did look at the pappers lol.. or should I just get that "bullet proof" gear and put it in myself?

I do alot of hill climbing and really hate when things dont shift right..

I pusrchased a durablue Banshee+3+5 axle. Makes a big diff. They sent me another axle today like 3 weeks later after getting the first one. Dont know why they sent me two, but I am not goin to call and ask. And I did not have to sign for it either. so i will have to see if they try to bill me
