Ok I have a 1999 banshee w/pro-circut pipes, white bro's boost bottle, and K&N filters. I tried to go ridin today, Started fine first kick, then it died. My dad got it started again, went down the road, the thing falls on its face after 1/2 throttle. I was out for maybe 5min. the bike wouldnt get out of its own way!!! Could it be dirt in the carbs, or is it that TORS crap they have on there?

it all started when my cousin ran it out of gas

Does this disappear when warm? If so, then you are lean on the pilot jet (that's what I have heard, and I have a somewhat similar problem with my sled).
If you want to check if it is the TORS...just unplug it (the 3 wire connector under the gas tank).
Is you jetting ok? Are the reeds working correctly?...not many clues

Before you do anything....check the plugs if you haven't already. Happened to me once. If it has the slightest sign of being fouled, replace them and see if it runs.At the end of the tank the oil mix is richest.
