What does it mean when that whenever my bike tips to the side (like left side only goes on side of a hill) or right, it will want to sputter after coming off of it, but come back to normal after a few seconds riding level. I know one thing is that it idles high like crazy, but when I put it in first it goes to normal.

 

Hig or sticking idle can be an air leak or a hanging valve. As far as tipping your Your float in the carb might be out of adjustment. Clean the carb and look at the float For the high idle spray carb cleaner around the boot if the rpm's change than you have a leak.
