First ride results... LSR +4 swing arm and +4 axcaliber axle... on a raptor
#1
Well as some of you have seen, I just got my LSR +4 axle and axle installed. First impression playing around my house on the hard pack.... WOW why dind't it come that way stock!! It slides 10 times better now, corners like its on a rail... and on and on... I contribute 95% of that to the wider axle. I also noticed right off that it a night and day quad, from stock to stretched.... It will still climb to the sky.., but now you have to try and make it do it, not just whenever you hit the gas...
I went to the dunes today, and right off a huge difference, it handled the whoops great stock, but now you just lean back and hammer the throttle, keeping the front light, and fly threw them, again a huge difference vrs stock. I can launch hard and the front stay planted, lol it took me a while to get in the habit of not sitting up on the tank when I was drag racing. Anyways the swing arm and axle are top notch.... I wish LSR would have included some instructions on what was combatable from the stock swing arm, and what you needed to buy to mount it correctly. Several bolts will not work, chain slide kinda works..... and just not clear at first what had to be swapped and not.... lol sorry minor grips but with the grin on my face... that was all I could come up with
anyways I got a few pics taken and will get picks of the setup on my site soon.
