Has anybody replaced their stock A-Arms with aftermarket a-arms yet? Has it made that much of a difference?

Thanks,

Steven

Yes, and yes it has made a difference. I went with the Lonestar rec arms +3" and love them. Now I am patiently waiting for my Elka Shocks to come in then I'll be real happy.

Hey,

I use my raptor primarily for duning. By going with a +3 a-arm, what does it do for the raptor? What has it improved for you?

Thanks,

Steven

I don't have the +4 swingarm yet. I haven't even ordered it. That's why I put it under the Still left to order section...hehe. Really, I haven't decided if I want to get the +4 LSR, or the 4.5" extension from JTM. No2StrokeBS has the 4.5" extension, and he swears by it.

I've allready replace my top right alum. a-arm with a stock one. Then after a trip to "LBL" my lower steel a-arm has a large flat spot on the bottem. I had a worrior for 7 years and a 400ex for 2 years and the most problems i had with them was keeping the paint on. I don't understand why these stock raptor a-arm are so weak.

Steven,

I have noticed better handling and it seems to be easier to slide around, atleast for me. I really like the a-arms but will like them better when my shocks come in. The stock ones are just too soft, also they heat up real bad after only a little bit of hard riding, so if you get the a-arms get the shocks as soon as you can.
