Yamaha 125 breeze will not start
#1
Hello everyone, I am new to this forum.
I bought my granddaughter her first quad. I cleaned it up and did a minor tune-up. She rode it for about a month when it stopped running. I have since done a top end, rebuilt the stator, cleaned the carburetor, replaced the key switch because it was bypassed, replaced the wire harness because it had a burnt ground wire, replaced the CDI unit, replaced the relays, and replaced the coil ex. The only thing I haven't replaced is the control switch on the handlebar because it's not available and the brake switch. It turns over fine, it is getting gas, and it is getting spark. I now think the on/off switch is not working and is always growing out. Is there a simple way to bypass the switch? Or can I use another available year?
