I removed my Spark arrestor and wasn't happy with the sound, not that it was overly loud it just had kind of a raspy quality. I cupped my hand over the end to make a make shift turn down and, TA DA! nice THUMP-THUMP-THUMP sound.
Off to the auto parts store for some exhaust pipe. I made 4 pie cuts with the chop saw and migged themup them I drilled a hole where the bolt comes through for the spark arrestor and welded in a nut, then I reused the SA bolt and I was in business! THUMPITY, THUMP- THUMP-THUMP!!!

It has a nice deep sound but is not noticably louder than stock!
Check it out!

Yes, what is that keg on the back of your quad. My guess is water, fuel, or NITRO!

The "thing" is a piece of 4"PVC pipe to hold stuff. Insted of using screw on caps I used the bungee cords to hold the caps togeather. When you want something( water, fix a flat, tire pump, dry gloves...ect) you just pull off one end or the other! I made those stand offs to keep it up off the grab bar.
With the amount of time it took me to make that turn down it would cost you plenty. What you need to look for is a piece of pipe with a very sharp radius, I couldn't find one. Then just cut it to fit. The Cut weld cut weld cut weld cut weld process I used is to labor intensive.
If any one finds the right bend pipe let me know and I will buy some.
See Drew
