I decided that I'm going to get the raptor!!I heard that the raptor is tippy so I need your honest oppinion on which one of the folling choices would make my raptor less tippy, but also be able to do doughnuts and good wheelies.I will be riding on medium to huge trails with lots of whoops, jumps, turns, and big a$$ to medium size hills and also my local dunes and once a month at glamis. Here are my choices:

1.+4" swing arm and +3" axle.

2.+1"foward+4" a-arms and a +3" axle

3.+1"foward+2" a-arms,+3"axle,and also a +4"swing arm.

4.+2a-arms(Note:the +2" a-arms i'm taking about in choice #4 are not moved an 1" foward),+4"axle,and also a +4" swing arm.

Well here are my choices so can you yamaha raptor owners give me your hones opinion on witch choice would make my raptor less tippy, handle good, and not affect the places I ride in.

Thanks,
Dan

I DON'T THINK THE RAPTOR IS TIPPY AT ALL. I'VE BEEN RIDE MINE FOR ABOUT SIX MONTHS WITH NO PROBLEM. MOST OF THESE GUYS ARE 250R RIDERS THAT SET ON THE GROUND. I HAVE 23'S ON THE FRONT AND 22'S ON THE BACK.

Thanks for your info and would a-arms be ok because I will be riding in dunes more then trails and wouldn't flipping the shock linkage make it more prone to break(lose reliability)If I don't flip the shock linkage how do u think my raptor will handle +2" a-arms,+3"axle,and also a +4" swing arm.And if any one else has any more info it would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!

Why not get the Raptor and then see what the machine needs for your riding preferences?
Do you need aftermarket shocks, swingarms, a-arms, etc.,...realistically....probably not.

I ride at Dumont and Glamis exclusively. I have a Lonestar Axecalibar axle and Douglas 1" offset front wheels. This setup works very well in the dunes. A wider axle is a must for aggresive duning.
