Difference in jets?

What is the difference between buying a jet kit from K&N or buying seperate jets (like 160 from keihin).

K&N jets are actually Dynojet jets that K&N puts in there box. There are no difference in jets other than the size numbers. A 160 Dyno jet is not the same size as 160 stocker.
