www.troy-racing.com has added the raptor to there online parts catalog...

it's ALOT easier to view/use than bike bandits, just thought I would let all the raptor owners know..

also.. kinda interesting... look at how much more expensive the second gear part is..

5LP-17121-00-00 GEAR, 2ND PINION (19/21T) (U49) 1 $46.17

5LP-17151-00-00 GEAR, 5TH PINION (21T) (U49) 1 $32.33
5LP-17141-00-00 GEAR, 4TH PINION (21T) (U49) 1 $28.67
5LP-17143-00-00 GEAR, REVERSE PINION 1 (U49) 1 $19.27

Wonder why? Maybe they are using a harder more expensive gear now?? <wondering>

ALso.. troy-racing is alot cheaper than bikebandit
check out bike bandits second gear cost: GEAR, 2ND PINION 696044-001 $55.40
$9.23 on a 46.17 dollar part is 19% higher...

2nd gear, eh? hum... could be harder. but then again, could be a supply/demand issue... if you catch my drift.
anyway, rivayamaha(dot)com also has the 2001 bikes online (finally) and the interface is SWEET. nice to be able to have 3 windows - exploded diagram, part name/number and price/order list. just point and you have ordered and also know the price. nice. haven't compared the prices yet.
i agree, bikebandit's site is a pain in the **** to use.

Troy is cheaper than anyone ive found, and you dont have to leave home. Also check out the price on oil filters.

Zebra,

I agree, Troy is the cheapest I have found, but as an added bonus I live 30 miles away. I often go right past there on my way to our northern plant here at work, so lets just say parts runs are easy for me. I know I drive by troy-racing at least once a week.

Troy also seems to stock the most parts of anyone I've ever found. They even had a lower banshee a-arm in stock last year when I crashed and needed one the same day so I could keep riding...

rivaymaha.comalso has a online catalog with microfiche. The prices seem to be about the same.
