I ordered some Renthal bars from Team Factory racing two week ago maby three, and still havent gotten them. i call pretty much evey day buggin them for a tracking number but I just get tossed from person to person. i want to go to there head company and start punching people in there sh*t. It's drivin me crazy, I should of paid more money and ordered from Ronnies like I usually do. They suck bad nobody order from team factoy racing, if you do you'll regret it. If any body else has ordered from them and had problems I would like to hear about it.

Thanks,
Matt

I had a really bad experience with Factory Racing as well. They screwed me out of $530. I called them three times a day, demanding satisfaction. I got home one day, and some schmuck was on my answering machine, claiming he was an attorney representing them, and that they were suing me for $250,000 for harrassment. Wierd thing was, he sounded exactly like the parts technician I had dealt with to try and resolve the problem.

On another note, my buddy ordered a tire/rim combo from Ronnies. Although they charged his credit card the minute he ordered the combo, he did not recieve the product for two months. All they would tell him was, "it was shipped yesterday".

In my opinion, they both suck.

I've had problems with them too. Order something and they never send it. There have been multiple threads on this forum about them and thier service. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

i ordered a tsubaki chain and sunstar front and rear sprockets once from ronnies for my ol 89 quadracer and they told me they had to ship the sprockets seperate from the chain cause they didnt have any sprockets in stock. so i received the first package which should have been just the chain and i opened it up and it had chain and sprockets. i thought oh cool then in a few days later i got another package with another set of sprockets. thanks ronnies!

Dude,

I understand what you are going through, so here's an idea. We should all start calling them and stressing how they are raking one of our atv connection friends over the coals. I will call tomorrow and post what they say.

The last time there was a thread on Factory Racing, I printed it out, mailed it to the owner, and included a letter saying that I see he is still satisfying customers across the USA.

I like that Quadfather!!! I wish everyone handled things that smooth. You got your point acrossed, yet you weren't a juvenile a-hole. Not to mention that if you throw something like that at a company they are much more likely to do something about it than if you just go off on them. Not that we all don't need to "go off" on somebody every once in awhile though.
Ok... to be honest I am just really bored at work, so I am wasting time by typing this up.

I order from the White Brothers and Rockymountan catalogs and I walk into Graydon Proline (close to work) and am happy every time!!!

I might have been smooth that time, but you should have heard me on the phone when they screwed me out of $530. Not so smooth.
