i am going to pick up my raptor monday. i was wondering if anyone would be willing to share what they paid. i want to know if i should try to deal some more with the dealer. he told me $6,800 out the door. please let me know what area you are in also.

 

I got my Raptor last month for 6,200 out the door. I purchased it in Kingsport, TN. If I was you I would try to talk the dealer down a little on the price. If not there are two more Raptors sitting at the dealer in Kingsport where I purchased mine for 6,200. That is a pretty good deal. They are both blue, I got the only black and white one he had.

 

Wow. I bought my husband's in Feb for $7200 out the door in Phoenix, and at that time it was the best deal in town! One thing you can do that I always do, is call as many dealers in town as you can, tell them you are going to buy a Raptor (they can sense when you are serious) and that you will buy it from the dealer that gives you the best price. Tell them all that. Also tell them what price the other dealers in town are willing to part with theirs for - MAKE SURE it's the OTD price! I had two of the lowest priced dealers in town in a mini bidding war, until one of the dealers told me to go get the one for $7200 because he couldn't beat it. I did the same thing when I bought my 400EX - seems to work pretty well!

Gosh, is it me, or have Rators gotten a little cheaper now that the demand is being met? By the way, my hubby has had no problems with his Raptor, except having to adjust his front end due to some crashes here and there! He loves it!

$6750 OTD...Not a screamin deal but not bad.
