What in the hell are you doing in the Yamaha Forum? Just kidding! The DMC was great, I think there are other better pipes for low end torque, but that can be dealt with by lowering your gearing. There is none better on the top end, its pretty damn loud though. I've got the sparks pipe now because my "Aluminum" flanges on the DMC basically melted and deformed into one of the header studs and snapped it off. DMC has a recall on all pipes that have the Aluminum flanges to install steel flanges. I would have just installed them myself, but they have welded stand-off's for the heat shield on one of the head pipes and you can't remove that flange without grinding the welds and re-welding. Also my head pipes rusted! Nice Stainless Steel, I have written them hoping to receive new head pipes! I think you are ok if you buy a new pipe, there was one on EBAY for sale and the guy obviously didn't know about the recall because he clearly showed that his flange was bent in his pics, but said that it wouldn't cause any problems. No problems except breaking off a header stud!

Ive had the alien system on my raptor for about 3 months now and let me tell you....I F$%^IN LOVE IT....awsome power....thru the whole rpm range....i think the best looking pipe on the market...it is loud...but sounds really good tho...it has a short tail pipe so you wont bend it if you over do it trying to wheelie....it fit great...I have no complaints at all so far....as for flanges or what ever melting..i havnt had it happen to me......2 PIPES ARE BETTER THAN 1!!!!!!!!!!!!

BaD660: I don't have much to compare the Alien vs. Sparks because I haven't had a chance to run the alien with the new engine. I will let you know if/when I run it.
SykoQuadRider: It would only be a guess, but somewhere around 55-60+. I think it is very dependant on the dyno and the way you run your quad on that dyno. Tires would make the biggest difference, to get a good reading I would think that you would have to bolt up a set of slicks or street tires of sometype. Anything else would most definitely cause an error. As for the clutch lever, I picked it up at the local dealer, I think they retail for $75. http://www.asv-usa.com/main.htm
