I have a 2000 Blaster and am wondering what the best pipe as far as power and durability. Also where is the cheapest place to buy it.

Get a Power Pros or a Trinity pipe. The Power Pros makes more power than ANY other pipe. The Trinity is made by Power Pros and basically the same thing. You can get the pipe only from them. Power Pros Website they don't have a blaster pipe listed but they do make one. They cost $185 for bare finish, $220 for show chrome, and $225 for HPC coating. I've heard the hpc looks better and is more durable than the show chrome. And the silencer comes anodized in the color of your choice.
Alot of people are going to tell you to get FMF , Pro Circuit, or DG. Out of those 3 the Pro Circuit is best.

I've got an 01 Blaster and installed a Pro Circuit pipe and silencer for under 300 dollars it has been on for about a month and I am extremly happy with it. My buddy has an 01 Blaster as well he put on an FMF Fatty pipe and Power Core II silencer I think Power wise there is no noticable diffence. The FMF silencer looks a little "Cooler" but it almost sticks out too far. The Pro Circuit Silencer is a little more compact. Also no noticable difference in sound. The FMF may be a little deeper but not much if at all. He paid about $320 for the FMF set up...Don't forget to rejet.

My Trinity pipe is awsome. It made a huge differane. But you must get some kind of crome covering because I have only had my pipe for two weeks and it is already rusting really bad. M=Now it looks like crap but it does have an awsome power gain.

I have a 98 blaster and I installed a Bill's pipe and silencer the third week I had it. It is now a wheelie monster. I cant keep the front end down in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th, but i also have many other mods too.

1998 Yamaha Blaster

Bill's pipe/silencer
Vito's stock Power piston
1 industries graphics/seat
Renthal triple wall handlebars
boost bottle
Boysen pro series carbon fiber reeds
Razr tires mounted on douglas red lable rims

I have a 95 Blaster and Trinity pipe on it. What a difference. Cheap too. I got it for 219.99 at TrinityRacing.com and I really like them. That is what I would suggest.

Blaster85, where did you pick up your Bill's pipe? I think I miight get one and try it out. I like the Trinity but I got the high rev so it doesnt wheelie that much but it pulls really hard on top end.I would suggest the torqe Trinity pipe.

I heard that trinity doesnt make two different sorts of blaster pipes...just a sort of all around one. Well doesnt matter, I want harder pulling, but more importantly top-end. TRINITY FOR LIFE.

Go to www.blastercentral.com they have a pipe shootout for all pipes made for a blaster. The trinity makes the most horsepower but is the most expensive. The bill's pipe was second highest and was the cheapest. Bill's is the loudest too!
