Pro Circuit jetting
#1
I need help jetting my new Pro Circuit pipe. I have Boyesen reeds, uni air filter. Right now I'm running a 260 main, clip in 4th groove and pilot is 30. On top end its running good but it has no low end. Should I switch to a 250 main, 3rd clip and a 32.5 pilot? I dunno what to do. Any help would be great.

If it runs good on the top end don't change the main jet. It's all set. Your problem is with the low end. First thing to do is only make one change at a time. If you switch the pilot jet just play with that. Change it and then ride it. Don't rev it up though, just ride it around nice & easy using the pilot jet. Let it idle, go easy with it and then read the spark plug. I would change the pilot jet before messing with the needle setting.

I got it all figured out. I was acting like the choke was on but it wasn't. So I removed the snorkel and then moved the needle clip up one groove. It was in the 4th groove, I moved it up to the middle groove. Man it has power now! It just rips! And the plug is coffey brown. THe speedometer is digital. It looks a lot like the one on Rocky Mountain atv but cheaper. It a bicycle speedometer. It has a memory for top speed, average speed, clock, time of trip, trip, odometer and a timer. The only thing I wish it had would be a light for night riding. Maybe they do make some for night now. I'll check it out. It works with a magnet that you place on your front wheel, and then you align it with the sensor. You also have to enter the circonference of the wheel in the speedo.
