How much does a Silencer help with a stock pipe?

If you were only able to change ONE at a time witch is first and why?

 

Depends 4-Stroke or 2-Stroke.

2-Stroke. The pipe is the biggest thing to add power.
4-Stroke. The scielncer can add the most power when changed.
