This week I finally hit the streets of Amsterdam on my fully street legal Raptor. All I can say is WOW. The Raptor just hauls on pavement. With a set of Goldspeed street tyres and Douglas wheels, tyre roll is zero, even carving turns at 50 mph plus. The biggest buzz is wheelies away from stop lights, railing on two wheels around round-abouts and the crowds that gather wherever you stop. Other mods are just the lights and mirrors, oh and a full air shift kit which allows gear changes at a push of a button (I needed that, as I am in a wheelchair).

Street quads a booming in Europe. I know a shop in Germany that has sold 50 street legal raptors. Check out there VERY cool "Street Xtreme Raptor" - this may be the hottest Raptor ever: www.ebertundjochum.de/yamaha_raptor.htm

That street extreme raptor is sweet! I wish we could have street legal quads in Indiana!

Amsterdam has that reputation. But I tell you, when you can just buy drugs at the 7 eleven and hookers are standing in a window on the corner, it all gets pretty ordinary. Keep in illegal - keep it fun. I guess that may be bit like street quad riding...
