Banshee or Raptor?

The Banshee is the thrill pill that doesn't desolve, on the other hand a Raptor will do it all and rides like a Cadillac...I just love all atvs; just depends whats your flavor....

Hey mojavemorrow, there is alot more to that decision than what was mentioned. Let's see...2 stroke, kick start no electric start, hard to start after it's warmed up, no reverse, alot more top end rebuilds, not good for slow trail riding, mixing oil and gas together. Good for flat out racing, great wheelspin, crazy powerband hold on to your seat acceleration, Motocross style action. Let's see...4 stroke, electric start, starts anytime, has reverse, runs forever on top end rebuilds, is good for slow trails and rock climbing, fixed problems for 2002 models, good for flat out racing, no mixing oil and gas, little more money for purchase. All depends what you're going to do with the machine.....

There is also more that needs to be mentioned. If you can't kick start a Banshee you either have no legs, or shouldn't be riding a quad.A Banshee starts EASIER than a hot 4stroke,4strokes are the ones that have problems starting when hot.Mixing oil and gas could be done by an ape, measure out oil pour it in and shake.I don't know about you, but that doesn't represent a challenge to me.400 hours on a top end for a Shee, 400 hours. If you have a problem doing a basic top end job every 400 hours, then get a slow, heavy, hard to get more power out of and hard to work on 4stroke.
