How do you plan on reboring the cylinder or are you going to resleeve it? You doing the work yourself? Have you talked to Powroll? Powroll.com. They can do the work or you can just buy the package. Let us know.....

Thanks for the website. i checked it out and saw only high compression kits. Do you know of any bolt on new cylinders or is resleeve the only way to go? I plan to buy a kit and do the work myself. I race with my raptor and im trying to get a jump on some of the competition. Thanks for any help anyone can give me.

Call Four Stroke Tech. I know he makes a 721 kit but I`m not sure about any other big bore kits.

you may want to consider the ct racing top end kit.its not a big bore but they are claiming 58-60 hp at the rear wheels.it uses a .020 over ross 12-1 piston, porting, web cam,the cam is not the biggest web has but ct sais it does not sacrafice bottem end power.i got the piston and cam but have not installed it yet.plan on starting on it next week along with some trans work.also i wouldnt recomened a a stroker kit i have heard they are having problems, with the connecting rod i think.i belive the 721 and 724 kits from fst and bike worx are both stroker, big bore kits.bike worx has a 673,686 big bore kit, their number is 978-897-7029,also wiseco ofers big bore pistons,

call your company of choice and ask them the cost, the ct pison kit is 200 and the cam is 165.i didnt ask how much to port the head,im ding that myself.the tranny gears isnt really a strength problem, the one i looked at the gears look fine, but the gear dogs are not machined,my trans is jumping out of second gear just like my freinds.he had the dogs machined with a slight back cut, also had the slots that the dogs engage trued up, and the trans works fine now, yamaha should have done this in the first place.
