I am wondering what people were using to lift their quad off the ground to change tires, swingarm etc. I heard that you can get a kind of jack that sits under frame skid plate and you can lift the whole quad up a foot or so. I am in a wheelchair and can't lift it by hand. Any ideas or company names? Thanks.

You can get a hydraulic unit from COSTCO (used to be Price Club) for $100.

I got the one from Sam's Club for $99. It works great. You pump the quad up in the air with your foot. It raises the quad up about 2 feet. I've used it a million times. Best 99 bucks I ever spent. Only downside is, it weighs almost as much as the quad.

Go to Ebay and do a search for motorcycle lifts and you'll find some there. Most of them sell for around $130.00 or so. I looked through a Dennis Kirk catalog and they sell 'em for about $250.00. On Ebay one had a picture of a Valkarie on a stand so it should be fine for a quad. I'm thinking about getting one for myself.
