What does it take to make a blaster wheelie?

I have a blaster and i was wondering what is takes to wheelie in 3rd or 4th gear without clutching . i can jus barely raise the wheels up in 3rdon flat ground, i would really like to be able to raise her straight up in 3rd or 4th, what mods would this take? my stock tires are getting kinda slick, would putting razrs or turf tamers help? thanx alot!!!

New tires would help for sure... or one tooth smaller on the front sprocket. My blaster is kind of small for me. But I can just stand up and pull the bars...It will flip right over in any gear. Especially on a slight incline.
