Since your running stock exhaust. I would say go up about 1 or 2 sizes on the main jets. Take the 145 main out of the right carb put it in the left one and get a 150 main for the right carb and see how it feels. You can also pull the baffle out of the stock exhaust for a little more flow. Kind of a pain without a torch but it can be done. Hope that helps

I agree with pineman, raise the needles a notch and see what that does for you. You MAY have to rejet but your bogging problem is needle or pilot jet/mixture related not main jet related.

By the way, I've noticed a lot of people having low end bogging problems when the remove the air baffle. Remember a big open free-flowing intake isn't exactly the hot ticket to low-end power. I think what causes the problem is there is less restriction going into the carb which means LESS VACUUM. Less vacuum means you are going to have a harder time drawing fuel out of the float bowl... That's just my analysis for what it's worth.

I CUT THE BAFFLES OR FLAP OUT OF THE SNORKLE LONG BEFORE I PUT THE KN ON
AND I DIDN'T HAVE THE BOG UNTIL I PUT THE PRO DESIGN KN ON. WELL WHICH IS
IT DO I JUST RAISE THE CLIP ON THE NEEDLES OR CHANGE THE MAIN JET FROM 140-145
TO A 145-150 SET UP. I PLAN ON DOING THIS SATERDAY SO ALL INPUT UNTIL THEN
WILL BE APPRECIATED.

i just talked to Tom at pro-design. he said first to try the needles by raiseing
the clip one notch. if that don't work i should go up one size on the pilot
does that sound like a plan?

Usually bogging out or a hesitation is caused by a lean condition. If you're putting around the yard I'd say a pilot jet but if you bog out under a hard acceleration than go up on the main jet. Leave the needle clip where it is set.

Left carb 145 Right carb 150 mains, 25 pilots (27.5 when you get a pipe).
