Yes, your gonna need a job. Its just like any other credit card. You need SOME credit and a way to prove that you can make payments (a job). They want your money but they wont just give it to anybody. I established credit at a young age by getting a student visa through my credit union. The limit started at 250$ and slowly went up. The key is to never let a balance carry over. If you dont have the cash to pay it off when it comes then dont buy it.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SAVE UP SOME MONEY AND BUY A DECENT USED QUAD. THE YAMAHA CARD HAS VERY HIGH INTEREST (MUCH MORE THEN A LOCAL BANK). YOU'RE YOUNG AND YOU HAVE YOUR ENTIRE LIFE TO GO INTO DEBT, DON'T START WHEN YOUR 15 ESPECIALLY ON A QUAD.
BUY A GOOD USED BIKE THEN TRADE IT IN A COUPLE OF YEARS!
THE YAMAHA IS JUST LIKE A CREDIT CARD THEY SET YOU UP WITH A FIXED APR (WHICH IS USUALLY LOW) THEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE QUAD PAID OFF BY THEN IT GET CRAZY HIGH (THE INTEREST THAT IS) AND YOU END UP PAYING JUST INTEREST NOT PREMIUM.
THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS THAT THESE CARDS WOULD NOT BE OUT IF THE COMPANIES DIDN'T MAKE MONEY OFF OF THEM.
AND ONE LAST THING, YOU HAVE TO BE 18 TO BUY A RAPTOR SO THAT WILL AFFECT YOUR PURCHASE ALSO, THEN YOU HAVE TO THINK ABOUT INSURANCE...YOU HAVE TO HAVE INSURANCE TO FINANCE A QUAD OR ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER!

I wanted a 250R anyway, but I'd take a Raptor. Anyway, my Uncle is hopefully going to help me out in getting the loan or whatever. Thank you all for the info

Whatever you do look elsewhere than cyclesports ! I bought my Warrior from them and that $589 freight and setup charge is bogus...oh well live and learn. Down in Bend you're close to Roseburg, I'd go there...it's where I bought my Raptor. Much better dealing with them and they can probably do the same financing.

Cycle sports won't finance me, do you think Roseburg cycle center will?

IF YOU LOOK IN THE ATVCONNECTION CLASSIFIEDS THERE IS A 250R FOR SALE FOR 3500.00 ITS UNDER THE SUBJECT "86 TRX 250R for sale".
LIKE I SAID BEFORE YOU ARE CRAZY TO GET INTO DEBT BUYING A QUAD AT 15 AND I CAN'T IMAGINE ANY DEALERS SELLING YOU A QUAD SINCE YOU ARE UNDER 18.
I WOULD SERIOUSLY RECONSIDER BUYING A NEW QUAD IF I WAS YOU.

O.K., sorry, just when people tell me I need this quad or can't handle this other quad it make me pissed off because they don't know. Anyway, does anyone know anybody with a quad for sale that the owner will take payments on? It has to be one that I can race MX with and no Blasters. If you know than tell me.
