Raptor smoking???????

What dose it smell like. I am guessing it is rich. Do a plug chop. Replace the spark plug and runn it up and down the road or trail at 3/4 throttle for about 2 min. If it is black jet down.
Wort case is you got it too hot and the oil ring on the piston seized up. That mean you have to take it all apart.

What you may have is a cylinder head with too much clearance between the valve stems and guides!
I have seen the problem on 5 660 heads recently. The chamber is coated with oil and the riders complain of smoke. Actually, the smoke seems to get worse with a free flowing exhaust and jetting that is right on or slightly rich.
Try to get Yamaha to warranty a new head!!!
