Raptor 2nd Gear finally gone...

Haven't you heard don't take no for an answer.
Did you ask for a supervisor or someone who knows something at least.
I work for an auto dealership and there's a certain way to get
things done when all else fails, but just him saying no and accepting that
is not going to get you anywhere. Get him to put a higher up on the phone
or go to your dealership on a nice busy Saturday and raise hell until they do something. Without a doubt the Dealership can get it good willed for you.
That is a little known dealer secret. I've seen a certain car company
good will stuff for cars that were out of warraty for5 years just cause the person bitched enough. Later

The big yellow slug will move and do it slowly and with dedication. You can tie a rope around its big 400cc slimy tail to pull that old 660cc blue bomb. Chet

With enough complaints, a "Class Action Suite" may be filed.
It would not hurt to call the Dept of Commerce, or send a Group letter
to that or other Gov Agencies with concern in this Area either On-line
or snail mail
The Better Business Bureau might be a solution, but it would be
best to get a group of on-line petitions, as most local offices
seem to lack a clue.
You would of course include all the info mentioned in the previous
post.
One might say "I aint had no problems with my DS", So?
I have not had any problems with my Raptor, as it appears to be a very
strong seller, I would wager I could find a lot more who have had no
problems due to mechanical defects as well.
