Tell me what you guys think. Is the Graydon box worth the extra money as opposed to the stock box with no lid and proflow? Let me know. Thanks

I would just put a outwear over the filter and keep your money for other parts. Just my opinion though.

I have the graydon box and just my $.02 is that it is a lot nicer then the proflow. Most people are using the Proflow but, I like the new box myself.

I like the Graydon or CT Racing air box, they are both the same. Besides being nicely constructed you can use Honda TRX 250R filters, either K&N or foam. With the Pro-Flow you are stuck with their filters. Also I've heard some people are having trouble getting the Pro-Flow adapter to seal properly. I would rather have no worries and no adapters.

Another plus is that you can run Filter Skins over the foam filter and with the OuterWear air box cover you have triple filteration, plus the Filter Skin will keep you from having to clean the foam filter as often.

Just removing the air box cover and putting an OuterWear over the stock filer does not correct the problem of the poor sealing of the stock filter, plus the cover is the only thing holding it in.

Good Luck,

I would get the airbox. Curtis Sparks has a very nice one. Check it out at Sparksracing.com.
