I need some instructions for jeting my carb on my warrrior. I know how to do the jetting I just need the exact size jet and air/fuel screw and needle setting. I have a DG pipe and also a K&N. So far no luck with jetting. Poor engine response every try. Also I just replaced my stock tires with smaller 20" tires and noticed a loss in top end. What sproket do I need to change to increase my top end over stock?

If you need more top end, go with a bigger counter sprocket. One tooth in front equals about 2 or 3 in the back. Good luck with your jetting, we had the same problem on ours, we only had to go up one size on the main jet, and it runs pretty good like that.

I had the same problem with my tires when i switched to 20" tires. Go with a 14 tooth counter sprocket, it will give you the same top end as before. As for the jetting, can't help sorry.

My 87 Warrior tops out at 66+. Only mods are Uni air filter and a 14 (13 stock)tooth front sprocket.
