I was wanting to know if i should get reed spacers for my blaster if i do what kind of power will it add? What kind of reed should i get for low end and mid range power and what kind of tires should i get for low and mid range power and still have plenty of top end power?

 

The reed spacer will give bottom end but will not hurt topend, get Boyesen or AKTIVE reeds, PLEASE DON'T BUY FMF REEDS, I had a set break. The tires depend on the terain. But I would go with 18x9.5x8 turf tamers and put on a one tooth bigger front sprocket.

the spacers do make a difference. Carbon tech makes low/mid reeds also in the carbon fiber. I run them in my banshee and they are very crisp. you may have to go bigger on your main jets too. your holding the fuel in suspension longer, therefore, needing a bit more fuel flow.

 

Where can i buy a reed spacer for a blaster the only ones i can find are for banshees?

 

I know Nac's sells the spacer for $24.95.

I got a blaster two and so does my friend he has Boyeson tourque reeds, fmf pipes, power core 2 silecer and maxxis all track, tires and with the four together it ads alot more tourque.

 

On the blaster can you keep the stock reed cage and change the reed?
