Anybody else having problem witht their waterpump leaking , all the allenhead bolts are tight as , but it still seems to drip slowely. Anybody have any suggestions . other than that its a great bike , especially with a Sparks exhaust/ proflow and some jets. Why dont they make them standard like that !!

1prokiwi,
How much is coming out and where is it leaking? Mine drips some out of the weep hole on the bottom of the pump. More so when it was 90 to 100 degrees outside. I marked mine on the side coolet overflow tank and it always stays the same. So for mine very little has come out but you can see the green spot under the pump. Do a search on Raptor water pump and things come up because I looked it up when I noticed green under mine last summer. I would mark side tank to see how fast it is going out. Only 3 of those allenhead bolts hold the pump on. Chet

I had my water pump replaced under warranty about a month ago. 5 months after I bought the quad.

I was losing the contents of the entire overflow in about 2 hours of riding. Then I'd have to stop and fill it up again, and in another 2 hours it all be gone again.

It was covered under warranty, but it's only a $33.00 dollar part.
