Please give me the phone # to yamaha and any extension to a supervisor My craptor has been in the shop for a month and 2nd and 4th gears gone and the fork every time I call my dealer he says he is waiting for the call back from the tech which has been a week and a half now. they haven't even got any parts yet.

call a different yamaha dealer and ask them for the corporate phone # for yamaha. Then you should be able to get someone on the phone. Or better yet the district reps name and number. Take out your frustrations on that guy.

The same thing happened to mine. I fixed it myself. My dealer didnt do anything about it. Yamaha didnt do anything about it. (my shift fork looked ok, but second gear just broke apart (on the lobes not the gear edge) which took fourth gear with it. I am selling my raptor currently to purchase a quad thats over ten years old and red. Yamaha did not stand behind their product. Incidentally my quad was 10 mos. old when this happened.
