my freind got his 02 raptor and i looked it over these are some of the changes i seen.
1-new rear shock and linkage
2-rear axel nuts changed, two bigger nuts with a set screw
3-rear sub frame round tube
4-new plastic rad screen
the other things i noticed was the axel didnt seem to be any bigger,i rode it and the gear spacing is alot nicer, really make a diff in tight stuff, cant wait to see if the trans stays together

2001 raptor 20over 11-5ross piston,web cam,porting,pro flow,jet kit,sparks key,full big gun exh,reworked trans gears,hinson basket,barrnet clutch,lonestar axel,rad lock,holeshot tires,douglas 190 rims,twist throttle,raptor cluth lever,renthal bars,ext fab swing arm skid,12t front

2nd seems lower and it seemed right on as far as spacing went,i raced it against a stock 01 with the spark arrestor removed and the baffels cut out, also has a 12t front sprocket,it ran right with it but the 01 would pull it just slightly in the mid range, take in to consideration the 02 had about one hour on it.i think they fixed all the complaints as log as the trans holds up.
