I'm in the middle of installing my full Big Gun exhaust, the dynojet kit Stage @ only goes up to 145 & 150 while Big Gun says to use 150 & 155 but I seen where others are using 160 & 165. I have a Pro Design foam filter system that I'm putting on also. What should i do???

 

The big gun instructions are for using, stock jets. In the dynojet kit, there should be some instructions just follow those. I did and the jetting they reccommend, was right on.

If you do not have the intructions, go to their website and you can see them there.

Dynojet jets are different from the stock jets, the biggest change will actually come from the needle jets. just follow the dynojet recommendations at least to start

 

THANK YOU!!!!!! That's exactly what I wanted to know. I'm going with the 146 & 148 mains. any suggestions on what they should be with the lid removed? Is it trail and error. Thanks again!!!

 

I would start with the recommended settings, and run with and without lid see if you have any performance problems, then with the lid off add a small amount of choke which will richen your mix a bit see how that goes. You can check the low end by just blipping the throttle a couple of times if it comes back to idle slowly you may be lean, if it comes back quickly but almost stalls out it is rich
