I wanted more ground clearance on my Raptor, so I bought some PureSports Bandit XCR, 23" frt & 22" rears. So far, I am disappointed with these tires. They wear like iron, but these things seem really scary on the Raptor, as the fronts don't seem to hold a line around a corner (steering "pushes&quot and the rears don't have a progressive breakaway point when sliding a corner, they just damn well break loose altogether, and off you go into the bar pit. (or worse, heaven forbid!) They are a bit better when aired down to 3.5 lbs, but still unacceptable in my eye. Does anyone else have any opinions on these tires when used on the Raptor? Is it just me? What other brands of 22/23 rear and front tires are you guys using, and how do they perform? I want something that bites well when cornering, but will slide predictably when I want it to...not send me careening off the road. I like those stock radials, but they do not have enough ground clearance. Please everyone, let me know what works and what doesn't, as I guess I need to buy something else. Thanks!!!
