What is everyone using on their CT Pipe, the end cap or the 16 discs ? What is the difference in performance, sound, noise ? What setups do you have with the CT. Looking for input.

I use the discs. Alan will tell you this is the best setup if you are a stock raptor using his kit. I think the standard supertrap kit comes with 12 discs, but he found that 16 made the most difference, so he includes them in his kits. The noise is a little lower, and less harsh. But there isn't much difference in noise.

I can tell you that mine makes more top end power with all 16 disk on. It's a pretty big differnce. The open end cap on mine is loud loud loud. Sounds like a Harley running through the woods...no joke! I prefer the sound of it, but prefer the power more. I would say use the disk. Try both of them and see which one you like. They way I determined which made more power was to race a buddy, swap the setup, and race again. The bike went from losing to winning by going to the full disk setup. These are my findings.

Later,
Dan
