I got my plow through my dealer. It tapers 16" to 26", it cost $434.00 with the 60" blade [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img].
It is really nice though, in fact, my dealer somehow provides the Moose snow plow instead of the Warn (Yamaha) plow for the factory incentive $69.00. They claim it's better than the Yamy plow. I haven't seen tha Yamy plow myself. I purchased all the components from my dealer because they didn't provide the taper (County) blade with the incentive - so I got the winch.

 

Silverhourse, Thanks for the lesson. As I was replying I was thinking that yamaha's might be different and make me look like a fool. Thanks for correcting me without ******* me out.

Whipit, I noticed the clutch slippage at the end of the rmp range when I was winding it out before shifting to the next gear. Right at redline the bike would over rev without feeling anymore foreward thrust. I switched back to castrol and the problem went away. BTW GSXR 1000= sweeeet ride!!

Some more questions... What color is your plow? They had an Orange Tapered on at my dealer. Dunno if I want to get an Orange Plow for my Green ATV. Also, Does moose make the County plow? I am a bit confused on that. The dealer recomended I get the 50" so I can throw the snow better. Any suggestions? How did it work out with this last storm? How much snow did you guys get?
