They look like Polaris, I hope they'd be smart enough to use the new Grizzly's, atleast there dependable for long distances.

I saw the same thing on the news. The quads I saw were Sportsman 500s.

Since they are American, they can't use Japaneese quads, so no Grizz... And they're Polaris.

my bud used to work for a subcontractor at Ft. Polk and they rode Suzuki King Quads or whatever.. like 300 4x4's. I have also seen Yamaha's on post, used by Range Control.

Polaris....well.....I won't go there on this subject. I say give 'em some Cannondales if they must use only American made quads!

I saw Sportsmans and the Polaris 6wd drive models. Atctic Cat, Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki also have "American built quads" also. Polaris engines are not American built. Neither are Arctic Cats engines. I also believe that Yamaha is a good choice but probably lacks the rack capacity required by the military. AC is the king of rack capacity. My opinions. What makes anyone think they have to be American made? If that was the case our forces wouldn't have much to wear and and several important weapons systems being used by our special forces wouldn't be available.

Yep..I disagree on the american made part of this. They also use modified KLR650 enduro bikes.
