which is faster.......

I have a 98 warrior and people say that the blaster does about the same speed as the warrior. They say top speed for warrior is about 57 and 56 for the blaster, i personally find that to be a bunch of b/s. I say the warrior does about 60-63 being stock and the blaster will do about 54-56 if anything. Give me some responses

I own a stock y2k blaster and my friend owned a stock 1999 warrior the warrior was faster from start to finish.with stock gearing and tires I believe the claims of the blaster top speed at around mid 50's all though it feels much faster because the short wheel base and chumpy stock tires give you a scary ride. The claims of the warrior top speed in the magazines at 56 mph I disagree with.the warrior feels much faster and on a straight flat logging road easily pulls away from the blaster not to mention my friend outweighs me(I'm about 175 my buddy weighs about 235).I think that the magazines were not giving the warrior enough room to accelerate to it full top speed. The warrior was a great quad, my friend has since sold it for a raptor but it was an excellent machine. Not that this matters but a stock blaster produces 17 horsepower and a stock warrior produces 18 horsepower and out weighs the blaster by about 50 pounds.Warriors have excellent motors that respond well to mods and are very reliable
