Pro flo w/ k&n for banshee
#1
I just installed a pro design filter kit on my banshee....The stock settup has seen better days.
....This is a real nice kit....I can see how it would seal much better than stock.
My question is..."do you guys/girls run with the airbox lid off or on? " with this kit.
I know that the filter will see more air-flo with the cover off, and I know to change the jets in order to compensate...(no problems there)
The kit came with a nice outerwear thats looks like it is going to protect the filter.
I want to take full advantage of the kit, but also ride on wet surface from time to time.
Any feedback would be great.

I installed the same kit on my 2000 Banshee. I run with the airbox lid on but the snorkel part removed for alot better airflow without having to do away with the lid. My buddy runs his without the lid and we see no difference in the two. Other than he has to run bigger jets and needles than I do. That way if you want to run in water you still can to a point.
