With the topic being called "Why Cannondale" and you saying that you can't see why everyone is saying good things about the C-dale, that implies that you were thinking C-dales suck, or atleast thats the way I read it. If thats not what you were saying, my mistake. As far as riding against a Raptor, I have only seen 3 Raptors race and 2 of them got last place. The other one got second to last and he was ahead of one of the other Raptor. I'm sure that was just from the fact that those riders suck. I imagine that there will be plenty of Raptors at LS when I go for Spring Break.

i am going to a huge atv riding place this weekend so i will drag some raptors and tell you how it went.

Sorry to start it off that way (why C-DALE). Like i said Just looking for a honest comparison.

What kind of race did you see and what machinews were racing?

 

I saw the 2 Raptors racing at a MX race at Fourstates MX in Hooks Tx. There were a couple of blasters but mainly some of the baddest 250R's I've seen and a lot of nice 400ex's. There were also some average quads but there were more bad @ss quads at this race than I have ever seen at any race. I think it was the Tx Champ. Series but I may be mistaken. The other Raptor I saw race was at Round 1 of the Full Moon Series at Badlands MX in Celeste. He got stomped by blasters, 300ex's, a few Banshee's (lonestarbanshee was one of them), 250Rs, and 400ex's. Since Round 1 of that series I haven't seen another Raptor on a track. I guess they aren't all that popular on the mx track... or atleast not here. Hey Lonestarbanshee, have you seen any other Raptors since then? You prolly don't even remember the one you raced against huh...[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] Just kidding. That was STILL the coolest wreck I have seen... the guy on the 400ex that wrecked infront of me on the 100 ft. Table at Fourstates is the second best.

 

I'm with YoDaddy. The only Rap Daddy's I've seen on the track were the b/w one with the E-Series. I actaully have a picture of him beating me into the 1st corner. I believe it had shocks, and I know it had an LSR axle and the pipe, but I'm not sure on what else. I passed him on the 3rd corner, and never saw him again. He's on the round 1 video, and not dissing the Rap, just the rider(he got last place).

 

hey man my cannondale will smoke your p.o.s raptor like no other . the reason no one really has a cannondale is because they are a little more difficult to ride, once you start riding it like a two stroke nothing comes close.
