I was checking out the World Class ATV site(www.dirt-deals.com) Friday and under their closeout/sales section they had some Extreme Fabrication Raptor nerf bars listed for $89 but next to that it stated that they were currently out of stock and to contact rick@dirt-deals.com to have them special ordered. I sent an e-mail hoping to get some backordered at the special price, but all he did was reply with the message 'Sold Out', "gee, sorry to have wasted your time Rick". Well if that's the reply that they are going to give people then why don't they just say that on the web site without telling us to e-mail them? Yeah I know this isn't that big of deal but I guess I'm just old fashioned, and with the growing choice of ATV accessory shops one would think that good customer service would be important. Anyway on the other end of the spectrum I recently ordered a speedometer from Trail Tech and when I was installing the sensor it broke. I contacted Trail Tech and with no questions asked they sent a replacement out priority mail the same day that I contacted them. Good product with excellent customer service.
