The service guy at my local dealer said he was gonna buy a 2000 Banshee because next year for the 2001 model Yamaha was supposedly getting rid of the 2 stroke motor and going with a 4 stroke. If that is true then I bet it's gonna be a killer thumper motor to compete with all other's 4 stroke sports quads. But it's probably just a rumor but I thought I'd post it anyway.
